ATLANTA, GA

Georgia Tech HCI student, mixed-methods researcher, and recovering front-end DESIGNER. I've spent the last several years studying why people engage — or don't — with the programs and products built for them. Along the way I launched a city's first marathon, drew 1,400 people to a program that didn't exist the year before, and helped a Fortune 500 rethink what engagement actually means.

MY LIFE's TASK*

MY LIFE's TASK*

I need to understand the why. I take things apart to discover how they work — and when it comes to people, I'm endlessly curious about what they need and what they're reaching for. My purpose is to connect the dots, build the bridges, and make things better than I found them.

HOW I WORK

Values that drive decisions
and shape outcomes.

01.

For the User. Always.

Decisions are supported by research and empower the user along their journey.

02.

Make it Clear. Make it Accessible.

I value simplicity; balancing the art of storytelling with the need for a product to be effective. I’ll prioritize the user journey over a feature if it compromises a user’s access to a task.

03.

The process is iterative and fun - even when it’s a challenge.

Designing a solution is a creative process! I value the opportunity to improve. My teams always celebrate “good failures” from rapid testing, because there is value in trying and improving, instead of hoping to get it right.

04.

Never stop learning.

Great outcomes start with great questions. I approach every project with an open mind and a drive to discover what’s next—turning "what if" into innovative solutions that push the boundaries of what’s possible.
