I'm a mixed-methods researcher and experience designer. I aggregate the symptoms and design for the root of the issue. I build the thing, run the study, and deliver findings that move designs from concept to confident experience.
Research
I design studies that surface what the brief missed. Mixed-methods by default: quantitative scale to establish the pattern, qualitative depth to understand why it exists. My research doesn't end with a report. It ends when something changes.
DESIGN
I design from evidence. Every decision traces back to something a user said, a pattern the data revealed, or a system that needed coherence. From color audits to brand identity to product UI, I work at the level of the system, not just the screen.

I created a Figma file to document the various brand colors across the Fly Delta boarding pass experience. The final deliverable was a recommendation report and the options I chose are in production today.
